The Knights of Columbus Counsel 8025 is hosting a charity golf tournament for the Sergeant Colton Levi Derr Foundation.

This event will be held on Sunday, June 12, 2016 at the Fountain Springs Golf Course. All money raised (100%) will go to support the efforts of the Sergeant Colton Levi Derr Foundation.  

• Shotgun start @ 0900 HRS / 4 person teams

The Knights of Columbus is seeking donations for prizes, sponsorships, and teams - as well as support for this event.

Corporate sponsorships:  18 holes of golf x a $250.00 sponsorship for each hole.  A sign company will donate a sign with your company logo and stating this hole sponsored by: _____________. 

All donations are tax deductible as we are a nonprofit organization.  The tax id number for the Knights of Columbus is available upon request.  Any donations will be greatly appreciated.
